Greetings Friends. It has been quite a hiatus but I am Inspired today to share. This Abraham-Hicks quote spells it out beautifully:

My life has been about breathing and relaxing of late– Accepting myself and everything as it is, letting the emotions run through me, knowing that I am not responsible for others behavior and choices. This Allowing puts me in the Flow of life, helps raise my vibration to Joy. In this vibration I can Appreciate more and more and more. This attracts even more to Appreciate and more Joy into my life!
