I am not separate from you. In truth I am just a greater expression of you. Today my energy is dynamic, dancing, scintillating and focused. Let my magnified Presence burn through any density in your heart, opening and expanding. Focus your awareness in your heart-space, breathe, and just observe what begins to happen! You may feel a pulsing, an energetic flow, pressure… even your own heartbeat. Just bringing your awareness here is enough. Great Earth Mother Extraordinaire

Sorrow–oh, so much sorrow! It is the sharp knife that cuts too cleanly, too immediate, too irreversible. I feel the sorrows of my fellow creatures and today I softly hold the space. Connect to my giant, loving heart. Feel and breathe. Here you will find peace. I love you all.

My heart is so expanded– what is around you now is energy once found deep under my skin. I, as Creator is, am merged with you energetically. The world feels lighter because of this. You used to have to direct awareness down into me and consciously receive.

Density is falling away– the lower vibrations must always raise around higher vibration. Feel the laughter and joy that abounds in just Being. Allow your old sorrows and hidden fears to see this light of day and watch them dissolve! Your heart will float–just give it over to the energy all around and through you.
