All existence is unfolding towards its greatest love potential limitlessly. Life is a spiralic, ever-ascending dance, incredibly joy-filled if we choose. Little children are not born living in their heads–they dwell in their hearts. We have been told we must be like little children to enter the kingdom of heaven. To dwell in one’s head is a learned habit and it does not serve humanity very well. Dwell in your heart and use your mind only as necessary.

Today consciously drop your awareness into your heart. Your awareness is not your mind. Live from your heart and do what feels good here to have a magical, blessed day. Stay here and breathe deeply to have the life of your dreams. What does your heart have to say about the scent of a daffodil?

The Earth beneath me is soft and radiant on this day we celebrate her. I feel her fullness and appreciation . . . and love.

She tells me:

I am honored that you celebrate me. Today if you lie down on my green turf, I will give you a special gift. Lie quietly and drop out of your head and into your heart– it is here that you will receive it. Allow the energy you experience to resonate within your body and quietly observe its effects. I think you will be very pleased.

Mother Earth

I smell the sweet Earth breathing out and the soothing warmth of the sun upon my skin as I lie upon the short spring grass. Birdsong serenades. I close my eyes and connect my heart to the Earth. What I first notice is a visual display of colorful but silent fireworks– bright purples with sparkling orange centers, magenta pinks and greens forming flowers and other shapes, all breathtakingly beautiful. I relax further and feel my connection deepen. I begin to feel the Earth rocking me side to side, a brilliant white light infusing my body and all around. I am being embraced by our collective Mother and it feels just amazing! It leaves me refreshed and grounded, happy and peaceful. All is well with the World.
